Scope of Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services, retainers, and digital deliverables purchased through JustSha or provided by Digital Marketing Agency.

Service Cancellation

Monthly Retainers / Recurring Services

Clients may cancel recurring digital marketing retainer services by providing a written notice at least 14 to 30 days prior to the next billing cycle/renewal date.

Project-Based Work

Once work on a project (such as website creation, ad campaign setup, or design assets) has commenced, cancellation requests will be processed based on the percentage of work completed up to that point.

Refund Terms & Conditions

Setup Fees & Initial Deposits

All initial setup fees, onboarding charges, and project deposits are non-refundable, as they cover upfront administrative, strategy, and resource allocation costs.

In-Progress Work

If a cancellation request is submitted after work has begun:

• Fees corresponding to completed work or hours spent will be retained.
• Any unearned portion of a prepaid balance may be refunded or credited at the sole discretion of Digital Marketing Agency.

Third-Party Costs & Ad Spend

Any payments made to third parties (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, domain registration, hosting providers, or software licenses) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Completed Services

Services that have already been fully executed, delivered, or signed off by the client are strictly non-refundable.

Performance Disclaimer

Digital marketing results (such as rankings, leads, sales, or traffic) depend on numerous external variables including search engine algorithms, audience market conditions, and client ad budgets. While we apply industry best practices, specific marketing outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and non-achievement of performance expectations does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Processing of Approved Refunds

Once a written refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Any transactional or processing fees incurred during the transaction will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Jurisdiction & Legal Claims

Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising out of or in connection with payment, cancellation, or refund requests for services provided under the brand JustSha by Digital Marketing Agency shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar (G.B. Nagar), Uttar Pradesh, India.
